We provide the classic automatic stop-cylinder screen press with
max. speed up to 4,000 sheets/hour, which can compete with world
famous brand like Sakurai and SPS. And the semi-automatic and 3/4
automatic flat-bed screen press are also available for short run
jobs. You can also find all necessary auxilaury machines for making
the screen plate in our product range.
After equipped with various dryers and cooling systems, the
production line can work out multi-color screen printing, UV spot gloss varnishing, glitter coating, scatcher card printing, decal screen printing and also a few kinds of luxurious finishing effects for the
printed sheets.
LC-1050UVJ is specially designed for using with automatic screen
press, offset machine and other equipments. It's widely used for
drying, dehumidifying and UV curing etc in the field of screen
printing, dyeing, electroplating, electronic circuit board and so
on.
1. Three groups of UV lamps are independently. Three choice for the
UV intensity separately. The digital meter shows the intensity and
life timely.
2. Equipped with a reasonable cooling systems to prevent the
temperature of work chamber.
3. It has conveyor belt rectify a deviation system with adsorption;
adopt imported "TEFION" belt.
4. Conveyor belt is adjusted stepless, the top speed can be up to
60m/minute.

Inspection:
we have own QC department in our factory to make sure that our
products are all in very good quality before ship out to our
customers
Quality control:
Before order to the production department, we will confirm the
order for the equipment and the extra requirement and datasheet
again with the customers
We will inspect the different process of the production from the
beginning, and update the status of the order with our customer by
sending photos or videos
Each parts of machine will be checked carefully before packaging
Before shipment, customer could sent one QC or point the third
party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients
when problems occurred
