Usage characteristic:
This machine is used to rewind and cut all kinds of roll materials
such as BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC,ABS,PC,label sticker, adhesive
stickers, paper, opp, Film, alu foil ect

| 1. Imported PLC integrated control is used in electrical control
system, human-machine communication is carried out by touch screen,
Set and display working parameters according to the requirements
from different products. |
| 2. Rewinder adopts vector frequency inverter, roller diameter
calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control. |
| 3. Unwinder adopts magnetic powder brake, roller diameter
calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control. |
| 4. Loading and unloading using air shaft and up-down by air
cylinder. It is easy for loading , unloading and with high
efficiency, has web guide system.(Hydraulic feeding is optional) |

products are all in very good quality before ship out to our
customers

Before order to the production department, we will confirm the
order for the equipment and the extra requirement and datasheet
again with the customers
We will inspect the different process of the production from the

sending photos or videos
