Usage characteristic:
This machine is used to check, rewind and cut all kinds of roll
materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC,paper aluminum foil for
unprinted and printed
FEATURE:
1.Imported PLC for centralized control us used for electrical
control system , man-machine is carried out by touch screen , Set
and display working parameters according to the requirements from
different products
2. Rewinding adopts vector frequency inverter , rewinder diameter
calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control
3.Vector frequency-converting is adopted for unwinding , active
unwinding , roller diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic
tension control .
4.Hydraulic feeding , loading and unloading material using
shaft-less pneumatic cone top type . It is easy for loading ,
unloading with high efficiency , also with web guide system
5.Slitting function: double slip air shaft , uses the straight
knife and rotary knife for slitting , regularity disc surface , air
exhausting device for waste
6.Checking functions : Automatic stroboscope to observe printing
images is equipped in the system . If there is any defects saw by
eyes , press the button of defects , the button will automatically
go back to defect image .
7.The system has meter counting , winding diameter operation ,
automatic stop by setting length you set first .
8.The system has a perfect integration design with machine ,
electricity and pneumatic , and takes completes safety protective
measure .

products are all in very good quality before ship out to our
customers

Before order to the production department, we will confirm the
order for the equipment and the extra requirement and datasheet
